Ok, now I want you guys to know that this is going to be a rather long series it could easily be 20 or more chapters depending on how far I plan to take it, which at the moment is all the way.  I want your opinions on if I should try and shorten my ideas or if I should stay on the game plan.  Now, I know I had a lot of errors in the last chapter due to lack of time to reread it again and again so now I'm looking for 2 or 3 editors to edit my stories before I send them in.  If you want to be an editor then I need you to be able to check your mail everyday and be able to send back my stories with your changes the day after I send them to you.  If your interested then email me and write a fair sized paragraph about why you want to be my editor. (So I can check your grammar and punctuation.) OK, on with the usual. <Insert standard disclaimer here>  Now, for anybody who didn't read the prologue well Serena is now 14 and to the people of Earth she is known as Princess Terra.

In the Hands of Fate-Chapter 2

Serena fell back on her bed.  The day had been very tiring.  First, her mother had taught her the basics of being a Sailor Scout.  You never detransformed unless you had been given permission by the queen or someone of high power.  If you even thought the queen might be in danger then you were to stick by her no matter the circumstances, but there was an exception to this rule if you planet was in danger your first priority was to it.  Second, she had been tested in all types of fighting: sword fighting, hand to hand, and many others.  Third, she was tested in magic.  This was the most interesting part of the day because the had found that along with Queen Gaia's powers she had another great power in which it would seem she could control silver.
Serena sighed she only had two days left on Earth before she went to the moon for training.  She was going to be gone for two years.  She rose off of her bed and headed towards the rose gardens.  Lately, it was the only place she could find and peace.  She walked out of her chamber doors and headed towards the garden.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~'           "Father, she's going to be gone for two years?!" Endymion shouted."Would you calm down Endy, this is something she has wanted for a long time.  Only she didn't know it was possible, and now she can actually help her planet and you are going to keep her here because you don't want her to go?"  King Stephan asked.  The royal family had been having the same argument for two hours and he was beginning to get annoyed.
Endymion looked at his father, what he had said made sense.  He knew it himself, he had always longed to be able to fight but princes weren't allowed to even touch a sword due to terran law.  "No, I wont hold her back if it is what she truly wants," he paused, "but can we at least throw her a going away party in the portal room before she leaves?"
"I see no reason not to as long as she leaves on time to get to the moon palace before they think she's dead." He joked.
"Thanks Dad!" he exclaimed as he jumped up and headed towards the rose gardens.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`Serena's Pov
I sat down silently at the first bench I came to my doubts were getting to me.  What if the other princesses didn't like me?  Or what if I was weaker then any of the others?  'Stop this Sere your going to drive yourself crazy.'
A loud crack of somebody stepping on a branch brought me back to reality.  I looked up to see who had joined me not noticing the hot tears sliding down my face.  "Hey Dar" I greeted halfheartedly.
He looked at me concerned then put his arm around me.  "What's wrong Sere you never cry."
"Oh I don't know. I want to do this I want to be Sailor Earth but what if the others don't like me.  Or what if I'm the weakest Scout?" I paused then added, "Plus I don't know what I'll do without you guys around to tease me."
He looked straight into my eyes and answered, "Sere you may not know it but you are one of the most caring and loving people I have ever met.  You don't care what people have done as long as they have a choice to be good and turn their lives around.  Do you have any idea how many people have changed because of you?  Anybody who isn't willing to be your friend isn't worth trying to be friends with."
"But what about you guys.  I'm not going to see you for two years!  Then you'll probably marry some weird Lady like Lady Beryl and not even invite me to the wedding." I answered and felt a pang of jealousy.
"Sere, you know I would NEVER marry Lady Beryl.  That girl drives me crazy! She hangs on my every word and follows me around like a sick puppy.  You know some people say she practices black magic.  Oh anyway you know I would invite you to the wedding even if you were training on the moon, and you'll only be gone two years and when you return you'll be all grown up just like me.  Here lets make a promise.  No matter what we wont get married or even engaged until you come home and we have to write each other every week."
I looked at him and could see that he meant every word. "Ok I promise and to seal it I'm leaving my star locket with you." I reached into my subspace pocket and pulled out the gold locket and handed I to him.
"Wow, this is beautiful where did you get it?" he asked.
" It's one of the only two thing that my real mother gave me.  See this locket, I wear it all the time."  I answered as I pulled out my silver heart locket that was around my neck.
Darien nodded and said, " Ok, close your eyes and I'll give you something to seal my side."           I nodded and closed my eyes as I sensed him using his own magical abilities. "You can open them now"  I opened my eyes and saw a beautiful yellow rose in full bloom.  Knowing that a yellow rose meant undying friendship and love I broke into a smile.
"Thank you Dar, but I better go pack I have to leave tomorrow whether I'm ready or not," I said
He nodded and said he had to find the generals anyway so I headed strait back to my room.           As I packed I thought about what Darien had said.  I knew that I had helped a few people straiten out their lives but that was because I enjoyed helping other people.  Then again isn't that what makes a good friend?  I finished packing and put on my nightgown to go to bed as soon as my head hit the pillow I was fast asleep.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~'At the gates of Time (Third Person)
"Soon my dear sister we will be able to be together again"
